How is RunWell different from a consultant or fractional COO?

Consultants and fractional COOs deliver decks and advice. We deliver working automations. We dollarize the waste first, scope the build against that number, and guarantee the outcome. If the recovered waste doesn't pay for The Engine within 90 days, we refund or rebuild.

Do I have to learn Zapier, Make, or n8n?

No. You receive a working system and a one-page runbook. Your team keeps using the tools they know (Clio, Karbon, FUB, etc.). The automation layer is invisible to them.

Will this work with my specific stack (Clio, MyCase, Karbon, FUB, Jane, etc.)?

Almost certainly. What if my firm is in a regulated industry? (Law, CPA, healthcare, RIA)

Regulated firms are our core market. Every build is pre-reviewed against the relevant rules (ABA Model Rules, AICPA SSTS, HIPAA, SEC/FINRA), and we refuse builds that create compliance risk. When the build touches regulated data, we run it past a licensed expert on your side before anything goes live.
