This Privacy Policy explains how RunWell ("Ruwwell," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by 1001566650 ONTARIO INC., collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://www.runwellops.com, fill out our forms, book a call, or otherwise interact with our business.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Name, email address, phone number, firm/company name, and role
Industry, annual revenue range, and the operational details you share in our contact form
Information you submit when booking a call or replying to our messages
Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)

We also automatically collect basic technical information when you visit the site, such as browser type, device type, IP address, and pages viewed, for analytics and security.

2. How We Use Information

To respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you request
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
To process payments and fulfill contracts
To improve our website, content, and offerings
To comply with legal obligations

3. SMS / Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you provide your mobile phone number and explicitly consent to SMS communication by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, Runwell may send you transactional and service-related text messages, including:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Follow-up communications about your existing inquiry or scheduled call
Replies to questions you initiated

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@runwell.io. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

SMS opt-in data is never shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing or promotional use.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the business:

Service providers that help us run Ruwwell (for example, GoHighLevel for CRM and messaging, Stripe for payments, Google Workspace for email and documents, hosting and analytics providers). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.
Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes under any circumstance.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use standard cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account, contract, or inquiry is active, and afterward for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@runwellops.com.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Children

RunWell is a B2B service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. International Visitors

RunWell is operated from Ontario, Canada and serves clients in the United States and Canada. If you access the site from outside these jurisdictions, your information will be transferred to and processed in Canada and the United States.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
